All of our preorders have the estimated delivery time in the description of the item. These are estimated and may not arrive EXACTLY on time.

After items arrive to me, they will ship within 7-10 business days, excluding holidays. This also goes for in stock items.

If you would like to cancel your order for in stock items or for open pre-orders, there will be a 10% restocking fee.

If you would like to cancel your order for a closed pre-order, there will be a 15% cancellation fee. This is to cover the cost of the items that you preordered and that were purchased specifically for you.

If you would like to cancel an order that has already shipped, unfortunately we cannot cancel an order that has already shipped. 

If you would like to return an order, you must request to do so within 7 days of receiving your order. We only accept returns on items with manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns that have been washed, worn, or used in any way. We do not accept returns if something does not fit or you change your mind on an item. Your item must be brand new , unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping costs to ship the item back to me. Once your item has shipped, I will wait for it to arrive to me, inspect for any defects, and refund you depending on the condition of your item. 
This is subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

Once an item has shipped from me, I am not responsible for any of your items. I am not responsible for any delays or lost packages through USPS. I will do my best to help you locate them. I strongly encourage you to purchase route insurance with your order. I can not offer a refund for lost or stolen packages but I will work hard to find the best solution for you. 

If you have any defects such as damaged PUL, stitching, seams, elastics, snaps, or fabric, please send an email to with a description and photos of the defects. 

Please do not post issues and defects on our Facebook page. Mistakes happen and I appreciate your understanding and patience, I will do my best to find the right solution based on your problem. 

If you file a claim or dispute through PayPal, Sezzle, etc, you will be removed from our Facebook group and will not be eligible to purchase from us again. Please reach out to me privately first to work things out. 

I am unable to add a discount code or gift card after a purchase has been completed. By doing so, it moves your order to a separate folder an cause a major delay and can cause orders to be missed completely.

We are in no way, shape, or form, responsible if you order the wrong size of something.

Please inspect all items thoroughly BEFORE washing and/or wearing. I cannot accept items back that have been washed or worn as these are not in new condition. If you need to sell something you no longer want or need, please check our Facebook BST group. 


Our clearance/final sale items are NOT eligible for a return, refund, or exchange for ANY reason.
